Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the item in its original Von Diamonds display box and enclose all certification documents and the appraisal report.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email to your parcel to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
